Meet Geoff, the driving force and President behind Dail Golf. With an impressive track record spanning over 30 years, Geoff is a seasoned professional in the maintenance and management of high-end golf facilities. As an active member of the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table.
Geoff’s journey began with a passion for turfgrass management, which he cultivated into a successful career, earning his degree from North Carolina State University. Throughout his career, Geoff has held pivotal roles in both private and high-end daily fee facilities, including the prestigious position of host superintendent for four Wyndham Championship PGA TOUR events.
His experience extends to navigating golf course construction and renovation projects alongside renowned architects such as Greg Norman, Davis Love III, and Tom Fazio. During his five-year tenure as the General Manager & Director of Maintenance at Forest Oaks Country Club, Geoff developed a philosophy of success centered around consistent staff motivation, meticulous attention to playability and agronomic results, and meeting financial expectations.
Geoff, along with his wife Brandy and daughter Kennedy, proudly resides in Pleasant Garden in the Piedmont Triad of North Carolina. Five years ago, Geoff took his expertise to the next level by founding Dail Golf, where his name and reputation are the foundation of his company. As the President, he oversees multiple properties in central North Carolina, excelling in various business components such as golf, tennis, pool, food and beverage, events, agronomics, accounting, and a golf course construction/renovation division. Geoff’s leadership, dedication, and comprehensive approach make him a standout figure in the golf course management industry.
